Being equipped with a web based CTDMS system in Software as a Service, the customer has the possibility to completely delegate the Data Management of one or more research activities to a single specialized supplier.
In the starting phase of the service the supplier offers support and consultation in planning the application system whose functions and productive capacities are personalized and assessed according to the specific needs of the customer and to the type of research activity to be conducted.
The same phase of planning is applied subsequently to the levels of service expected by the customer in terms of general services requested of the supplier and of the infrastructures supporting the system.
Having defined all functional and operating specifications of the service, the suppliers next step is
to implement of the system and to the construction of a technical infrastructure of distribution.
During the period of the system’s activity the supplier is responsible for
all the tasks of technical management for the system and the data (maintenance, tech assistance, monitoring, backup) connected to it,
collaborating with the structure responsible for the Project Management for all of the inherent problems of using a CRNMS system and setting aside only the supervision and control of the activities for the customer.
